A: Breakfast delivered to rooms if ordered the night before.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes, all rooms have unlimited free internet.

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have an undercover BBQ area.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 1 minute by car to Delacombe Town Center.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: City of Ballarat is 5 kms away with many choices. We are also within a minute by car of number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Dominos Pizza, Chinese, Indian, Thai and Mexican.  Many pizza companies deliver to motel. A: Sorry, no pets allowed.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours, the full amount for the booking will be charged if rooms not resold.

A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $250 cash bond.
